1. Not a security service – WHW is observational; we do not install or monitor alarms or cameras.
2. No 24 / 7 presence – Visits are limited to scheduled inspections and emergency follow‑ups agreed in writing.
3. Weather & force majeure – Storm, flood, or similar events may delay access; we notify you ASAP and return when safe.
4. Information accuracy – Reports reflect conditions visible at the time of inspection; hidden or latent defects may escape detection.
5. Third‑party vendors – Independent contractors perform repairs arranged through WHW; their workmanship warranties are between you and the contractor.
6. Insurance requirement – You must retain homeowner’s insurance; WHW is not a substitute.
7. Legal & tax advice – Nothing on this site or in our reports constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.
