1. Information we collect
Personal information you provide during account setup, scheduling, and service delivery, automatically collected technical data (IP, device type), and photos or notes captured during inspections.
2. How we use information
To schedule and perform visits, generate reports, process payments, and improve the Service. We do not use data for advertising or profiling.
3. Legal basis
Performance of a contract (service delivery) and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention). Where required by law, we obtain consent.
4. Sharing & disclosure
We share data only with vetted subprocessors such as cloud hosting and payment processors. We disclose data to law enforcement only when legally compelled and publish an annual transparency report.
5. International transfers
All data is stored in the United States. If we later transfer data abroad, we will use mechanisms approved under the GDPR, such as SCCs.

We keep visit reports for 5 years for insurance purposes, key‑holder logs for 18 months, and server logs for 30 days, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
